-By accessing and using the GasTec electronic payment web site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, in addition to and subject to the terms and conditions of any other current agreement you may have with GasTec. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not complete the registration process. YOUR CLICKING ON THE BUTTON MARKED "I AGREE" AND PROCEEDING TO USE GASTECS ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ANY FUTURE AMENDMENTS THAT MAY BE MADE FROM TIME TO TIME.

-General Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that communications or transactions conducted online are not absolutely secure. You agree to assume all risk and liability arising from your use of GasTecs online payment services, including the risk of breach in the security of the communications or transactions you conduct with GasTec online. You further acknowledge that there may be system failures that may limit your ability to use the online payment services. In the event of a system failure or interruption while using the online payment services, your data may be lost or destroyed. Any transaction(s) that you initiated, were in the process of completing, or completed shortly before a system failure or interruption should be verified by you to ensure the accuracy and completeness of such transactions(s). You assume the risk of loss of your data during any system failure or interruption and the responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of any transactions so affected. GASTECS ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. In no event shall GasTec ever be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits (even if advised of the possibility of such damages) arising in any way out of your use of the online payment services.

-You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract (at least 18 years old). You agree that GasTec may send you electronic communications related to your use of GasTecs online payment services, including, but not limited to, confirmation of payments made, notice of credit card expirations, and other purposes as GasTec deems to be appropriate.

-You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and agree not to give your password to anyone else. Should you allow others access to your account and/or password information, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you believe your password has been lost or stolen or someone has gained access to your password without your permission, call GasTec immediately at 215-949-3337. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access password protected and/or secure areas of the online payment services may be subject to prosecution.

-You agree to provide GasTec with current, accurate and complete information required by the online registration. You further agree to provide GasTec with current, accurate, and complete data when utilizing the online payment services. You agree to notify GasTec immediately of any changes in your registration data. If you have not already done so, we urge you to review our Privacy Policy (which is hereby supplemented to provide that the information we collect from you as part of your usage of the online payment services will be used, by us and by the financial institution(s) we have engaged to operate our online payment services on our behalf, to process your payment transactions) and our Terms of Use.

-GasTec may at any time and without prior notice make changes to, or discontinue, any of its online payment services and/or these terms and conditions, and may require re-enrollment if the service or these terms and conditions are modified. We will post any such changes on this web site and you are encouraged to access and review these terms and conditions on a regular basis. GasTec may terminate online payment services for your account if, without limitation, we receive conflicting instructions, if your account is in default of this Agreement or otherwise not in good standing, or if we determine that an online payment service is being used improperly. If GasTec terminates your use of the online payment services for any reason, you will need to pay your amounts due to GasTec in another manner. If you enroll your account for an online payment service, it will mean that you agree not to make a claim against GasTec relating to its online payment services and that you will hold GasTec harmless from any claim, liability or damage resulting from any online payment service, or your use or inability to use the same, in connection with your account.

-To Report an Unauthorized Transaction: Contact GasTec immediately at 215-949-3337, or send an email to info@gasteconline.com. Phone Support is available 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET Monday - Friday (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day).

Notify us in case of errors or questions about your bill. If you think your bill is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction on your bill, write us in a separate letter at the mailing address on your billing statement. Write us as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 90 days after we have sent you the first bill on which the error or problem appeared. You can telephone us, or send an e-mail, but doing so will not preserve your rights.

-In your letter, give us the following information:
Your name and Account number
The dollar amount of the suspected error
Describe the error and explain, if you can, why you believe there is an error. If you need more information, describe the item you are not sure about.
If you have authorized us to pay your bill automatically from your credit card, you can stop the payment on any amount you think is wrong. To stop the payment your letter must reach us three business days before the automatic payment is scheduled to occur.

-One Time Payment Electronic Payment Authorization. By completing the One Time Payment online registration, including supplying the required checking account or credit card information, you authorize GasTec to debit your checking account or charge your credit card for your scheduled payment amount on the date indicated, including any applicable transaction fees (One Time payment is not an automatic payment for every invoice, but rather is only a one time payment; see the next section for our Registered On-Line Bill Payment service). You also authorize GasTec to, upon notification by you or your financial institution, modify and/or update the account numbers, expiration dates, or other pertinent information associated with One Time Payment as necessary to complete any authorized transaction. Please review your statement/invoice for accuracy. You understand and agree that GasTec is not liable for incorrect debits to your account resulting from errors on your statement/invoice (see the section above for how you can report errors on your statement/invoice to GasTec). This authorization does not alter in any way the terms and conditions of your customer agreement with GasTec. GasTec is not responsible for any financial institution fees you may incur as a result of your participation in this program.
If any electronic payment is returned unpaid by your financial institution for any reason, GasTec may charge, and you agree to pay, a fee of up to $50 in addition to other bank charges. All charges, terms and conditions are subject to change. PLEASE KEEP THIS AUTHORIZATION FOR YOUR RECORDS.

-Shipping and Delivery:
A Hazardous Material (HazMat) charge may be assessed per delivery. Under normal delivery conditions, there are no additional charges. Normal deliveries are classified as non-emergency deliveries with tank percentages reading below 30% at time of delivery. Additional Charges for emergency, out of gas or partial fills may also apply.

-Refund Policy:
All payments submitted are final. Due to the nature of storage of propane, returns are not possible and refunds are not granted.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
