Burlington, NJ Propane

The beautiful city of Burlington within Burlington County, New Jersey, is a true treasure trove of American history. This is where William Penn’s Quakers founded West Jersey in 1677. After the Quakers, the second oldest religious congregation in Burlington were the Anglicans (later known as Episcopalians). Their original church, Old St. Mary’s, is the oldest church in all of New Jersey. After the Revolution, the Episcopal Church in the United States was established. They believed that all races, sexes, nationalities, and religions deserved equal rights, which was a unique concept at the time. By the 19th century, education for girls and young women became emphasized. Bishop George Washington Doane founded St. Mary’s Hall in 1837 in association with the Episcopal diocese as the first Episcopal boarding school offering a classical education for girls and the first such school in New Jersey. Now the school is called the Doane Academy and is a private, co-educational school for grades Pre-K through 12th. After all these years, the City of Burlington remains a truly diverse, caring community that welcomes and respects all residents and visitors alike. Now, the city is home to over 9,000 people and covers a total area of 3.78 square miles of land and water. It is also the site of the original Burlington Coat Factory, which was founded in 1924 as a wholesaler of ladies’ coats and outerwear.

With over 9,000 residents in the city, a reliable propane company is necessary to provide the best services to all families. Luckily for the residents of Burlington, our team of dedicated professionals provide the best of the best in residential propane services. Simply cooking an egg on the stove uses residential propane, just like hot showers are heated by propane. Other uses for residential propane could be powering a backup generator, or even turning on the lights. There are so many different uses for residential propane. Our team is also committed to helping the businesses of Burlington with their propane needs. Commercial propane could be used to power the important buildings in the community such as the Doane Academy building. There is not a task too trying for our team here at Gastec. For years we even have been able to provide around-the-clock customer service for our clients. Being a Pennsylvania based company, we are able to expand our reach by delivering propane to the entire tristate region.
